Pink eye: Pink eye is caused by bacteria and viruses. Actually 70% of pink eye is viral so even if you are taking an antibiotic it is possible you are still infective, usual course about a week. Strict isolation is not necessary, but frequent hand wahing and washing surfaces, countertops etc. Will help prevent spread.
