My wife had an evlt procedure on her leg, 1.5week ago, she now have a lump inner thigh, close to groin, not tender. is this normal? or could be dvt?

Doubt DVT: Not normal but could be necrosis and some inflammation of the fat around the vein , or it could be small hematoma or seroma, or rarely the ocluded saphenous vein . U really can't feel dvt.

Perhaps: It is not uncommon to feel the treated vein as a "lump". It could be a reactive lymph node as well or a superficial thrombosed vein. It would be something to discuss with your treating physician to determine if an ultrasound would be indicated. The incidence of DVT after evlt is quite low, but you should discuss it with the treating physician.

Seems ok: Though it seems to be part of the healing process its important to have a sonogram done to evaluate the possibility of a clot into the deep system.

Not unusual: I agree with the others' answers, especially dr. Halimah. You can't feel dvts. So if this is something you can feel, it is extraordinarily unlikely to be a dvt. More than likely, it is an inflamed segment of partially treated vein branch. It could also be a lymph node. Without pain, there is little to worry about but your wife's doctor should take a look at it and an ultrasound is a good idea.
