Prob groin pain: Get checked for a hernia , if not present would do a pelvic us qnd then if negative would treat with heat and motrin!

Could be serious: Post menopause cramps are annoying but not too serious. You should see a doc soon, urgent care or er. This could be appendicitis, femoral hernia or inguinal hermia.
