Needs eval: If in fact it is pus, that signals an infection in need of treatment. What you describe sounds like a classic presentation of a bartholin's gland abcess. It is not an std, but must be treated successfully with antibiotics. It may require a culture (lab test) as well. For now, rinse off with soapy warm water, and wear a pad. First time possible, seek a gynecologist exam. Don't delay.
