Tiny bump: Have you been sexually active recently? This could be from irritation from recent sexual activity. There are also other common causes such as a clogged gland. This should go away with time and you should not be concerned unless you have any risk for STD exposure. If it does not go away please consult with a family physician or and OBGyn
