Can be a pleurisy; s: Chest pains agravated by breathing, coughing or laufing is usually due to the pleurisy. It is an inflammation in the chest. The lining of the lung has the pain sensation but the lung itself does not have pain nerve. Of course broken ribs can cause more sever pains if the symptoms persistent, go to see your doctor.

Chest pain: It unlikely that your symptoms are related to heart. Pain in the right side as well as it hurts on breathing, most likely it is muscular or bony pain. However it needs to be evaluated by your physician.
