Pick ingredients: Most over the counter acne products have the same few active ingredients, anything with salicylic acid is likley going to help, 2% is probably best for most. 10% glycolic acid washes can be helpful. Benzoyl peroxide washes can be great for acne, but hard on your skin, ie drying, redness etc. If you are having problems controlling acne, call your family doc! pick any non-comedogenic moisturizer.
