Is there a non surgical intervention for rhinoplasty?

Non surgical nose : There are injectables to improve slight nose deformity, these are not replacements for a well deformed nose with a hump and deviated septum.

Fillers: Hyaluronic acid fillers and calcium hydroxyl apatite fillers have both been safely used for nonsurgical rhinoplasty. In general, dorsal augmentation has been shown to be safer than manipulation of the tip. The appearance of your nose can significantly be improved simply with fillers (though it is not a permanent change).

Not a good one: Small dents can be filled in with a filler for temporary improvement.

Yes: Non surgical treatment includes facial fillers. Facial fillers have a limited application in treating the nose.
