Many: A concussion is a microscopic brain injury. Symptoms depend on what part of the brain was injured. Poor memory and concentration, anxiety, insomnia, confusion are the most common symptoms. In most cases, symptoms improve over time. If the symptoms are bad enough, they can be treated medically. For example, I use alzheimers drugs on people with poor memory.

Usually none: For most people with a single concussion, they will have recovery within days to weeks. Post-concussive symptoms are generally temporary. There are many concussive symptoms (dizziness, memory/concentration problems, headache ). If there is a second concussion before recovery the symptoms can last longer. If there are multiple concussions symptoms can be permanent.
