After having a few concussions, if going concussion free for many years, do your chances of the long term effects decrease?

Impressions: There is lots of news regarding professional athletes who have had repetitive head injuries, leading to Post Traumatic Encephalopathy. I think the data indicates numerous injuries, and many of these being quite severe indeed. There is little if any indication that a few minor concussions will lead to disaster in the years ahead, so rest easy. But exercise, follow healthy diet, see doc prn.
