It depends: On the state you are in, and the individual plan. I am assuming that you are talking about invisalign, which is typically not appropriate for someone with cleft palate. The only person that can give you a good idea of how much things will cost is your orthodontist.

Usually not covered: Most insurance programs do not kick in funds to cover the extra cost of clear brackets. You will have to discuss the extra cost w your orthodontist. And no, clear aligners are not an appropriate treatment modality for patients with all the complexity seen in cleft cases.
