How easy is it for a (bipolar disorder) person to have relationships?

Learn the tricks: There are certain patterns in how other folks respond to you depending on your mood. It is really helpful to: (1) keep track of your moods, so you know what the other person might be thinking and (2) learn about those patterns so that you know how to respond when your partner feels you are totally caught up in your own activities (mania) or suddenly incredibly inaccessible (depression).

Bipolar: Healthy relationships are attainable if the person is stable, compliant with treatment, and in remission, as well as having strong support system & his/her activities of daily living (interests, goals, health, self care, social skills) are adequate.
