How can i stop being so self-critical?

A large capital I.: Picture a large capital i, which represents the person that other people see. Now consider that the large capital i is made up of many small i's. Sure, some of the small i's have faults (we'll color them blue), upon which you focus when you look at things closely, but there are far more red ones, your good points. When you stand back so that you can see only the large i, it appears red!

Critical of others: Think about being patient all of the time. Consider that every action that others take is unique to their experience. And think carefully before you criticize others.
