Can vicks vapo-rub be used for scars and muscle soreness relief, or do i need to buy something else?

Something else: Vicks contains menthol which is soothing and may help the muscle soreness, but not helpful for scarring. Use of minieral ice and various linaments are used for topica relief of soreness. Often use of moist heat compresses, hot bath soaks with massage, or use of hot tub jets will also help the soreness. These are not started until any wounds are closed and not weeping.
