Why can't i eat anymore after having salad?

Bulk: The stomach sends signals to the brain as you eat and it is the brain that tells you when you have had enough to eat. Maybe it is your brain that is oversensitive to the signals from the stomach and that could be due to an abundance of empty calories in the rest of your diet. Empty calories = food with insufficient vitamin content, unfortunately the common standard american diet (sad).

Filling salad.: Must have been a filling salad. Salads can have a substantial amount of fiber, which can fill you up and keep you full until your next meal.
