Thirst and urination: Many people have no signs or symptoms of diabetes (high blood sugar). Some people experience 1.) excessive urination (body trying to eliminate sugar by peeing it out), 2.) excessive thirst (as a consequence of peeing too much and becoming dehydrated), and 3.) weight loss (body using protein/fat as energy since it can't effectively use glucose).
