Please see your doc: "really bad memory problems" can come from many sources, and what's happening with you needs to be sorted out. If it's not evaluated, it cannot be helped -- and could even interfere with finding new work. So, i hope you'll see your primary care physician soon to get to the bottom of this. Good luck to you.
