My boyfriend has been taking dietary supplements and he has been working out and drinking water but he gets bloody noses everyday or twice a day?

Nosebleeds: What supplements is he taking? Several can act like mild blood thinners—garlic, fish oil, st. John's wort, dong quai, feverfew, gingko & vitamin e. Usually there is no problem individually, but if several are being used, or especially if one is on a prescription blood thinner like coumadin, (warfarin) bleeding problems may occur. Low-dose Aspirin (81 mg) can also be part of the picture. See doc for advice.
