My son is two months old and i felt little bumps all over his head what can they be?

Head: It could be normal. As a baby's skull is not smooth, it is made up of different bones that are not fused together. Or it could be lymph nodes. In any case, your baby should have a 2m well visit scheduled with his pediatrician, discuss it with the doctor.
