Sort of: Most ivf programs see a trend. Women with pcos who undergo stimulation typically have vigorous responses with very high Estradiol levels, along with a higher-than-average risk for hyperstimulation syndrome. Large number of eggs may be retrieved but usually of lesser quality. Anecdotally, most have seen large follicle numbers but with low egg yield.

Varies with age: The quality of a women's eggs is directly related to her age. A women is born with all the eggs she will ever have - she never makes more and they are all as old as she is. As a woman, and her eggs, age - the quality of the eggs decreases. Women with pcos, just like "normal" women, are born with all their eggs and never make more.
