NOt always: Women who have had anorexia in the past may have infertiltiy issues in the future. It may depend on the severity of the anorexia or whether she may have additional problems with anovutlation or other problems related to infertility. If you have had that history it is important to discuss your desire to achieve a pregnancy in the future so that you can be evaluated before you attempt pregnancy.
