Sinuses: Decongestants (like otc sudafed) can shrink swollen sinus passages to let them drain & relive pressure. Saline nasal spray can flush germs out of passages. Sinus irrigation with sterile (boiled or distilled) water with salt in it can also help [neti pot]. Avoid antihistamines as they dry up congestion where it is.
