Yes not diagnostic : Hey positive anas not diagnostic of anything. It is characteristically found in people who have systemic lupus erythematosus. It is not specific for lupus. It needs to be interpreted in the clinical setting of the patient. People can have positive anas this high and higher and not have lupus.

Yes.: This is relatively high as it had to be diluted by 320 times. So this means it was very concentrated. Labs vary on what their cutoff for positive ANA is, but in all likelihood, this would be considered positive or high. It might not mean anything though, as even healthy, unaffected people can have a positive result as can those with viral infections, medicated, and with cancer can have it.
