More info needed: People appropriately feel and show remorse after violating someone's rights. Have you mistreated your sister? Have you hurt or stolen from her? If you have harmed her in some way, in most cases you would be wrong, and being remorseful afterwards would be appropriate. People can have disagreements without violating rights. Simply disagreeing is not bad behavior, so being remorseful isn't needed.
