Whole body aches have dry cough and sore glands in neck and back of head and do not have appetite and I feel tired.
Have right eye drooping and nerve/head pain, fatigue, body aches. AchR was low positive and ANA positive. Doc says not myasthenia or MS as SFEMG, EMG, head MRI/MRA, thymoma scan and LEMS serology were ok. Second AchR was negative. What could it be?
