Question about turp prostate operation. will if affect erection and other things?

Will not cause ED.: A TURP operation will not affect erectile function. The modern form of the operation is quite safe, with the most severe adverse events declining in recent years. Bleeding, urinary obstruction from blood clot, infection, the need for a temporary catheter, and perforation of the prostate capsule are some early complications. Important late complications, stricture & incontinence, are rare.
