You can't: Sleep is essential to life, health and well-being. Many progressive problems occur, iif one does not sleep: concentration problems, headache, depression, agitation are observed. Sleepiness will increase and cause car accidents. Ultimately, any human will die without sleep. There is a fatal familial insomnia , that is prion based and thankful extremely rare.

Nothing really: Your best bet is to fix the problem: get enough sleep. If you can't, you're stuck with using caffeine and napping. There's not a magic bullet to fix insufficient sleep other than get enough sleep.
