Stones: Kidney stone movements are very painful and often cause bleeding and some inflammation. All these factors, plus any pain medication you received can combine to cause that duration of fatigue.

Stone and fatigue: Stones are painful and so there is usually loss of sleep during the passing so it may be catch up. Would also have urine checked for UTI as sleepiness can be a sign of UTI in older individuals , who may not have the usual signd of pain on urination. F/U today wiht doc urgent care and have urine checked for UTI
