Yoga exercise class: It may be useful to join a yoga exercise class. In addition to the benefit of yoga, the social interaction will help. Most y's have such classes. You deserve better.

Join a group: Take it from a man -- there's no a single man in this whole world that's worth losing more than one night's peace of mind over. He was the wrong guy. Good riddance. It sounds like you're primed to join a group doing yoga together -- meeting the new people is what will help -- and join several other groups of folks who share your interests. You'll find someone or be happy on your own.
