Every time my heart beat, my head hurts from the left side and it been like this for a month happans almost everytime.

Throbbing is c/w: vascular, i.e. migraine mechanism of headache. If carefully applied compression of the lower portion of carotid artery (decreasing blood pressure to the meningeal arteries on the left side), this would confirm the mechanism of the pain. Holding it for about a minute may also help stop stop pain, especially if done before painful very long, eg. 15-20 min.
