Probably not: Contraceptive steroid hormones suppress your regular ovarian function by action on the pituitary gland. Women who come off birth control usually have an adjustment time period where their cycles reset. Nuvaring is the lowest dose of these types of contraceptive hormones so it usually does not take too long to reset.
