Yes: The best treatment for fatty liver is to lose weight. As your weight declines, fat should also leave the liver and the liver should return to normal size.

Lose wt, no booze: Losing weight and abstaining from alcohol are essential to reversing fatty liver. If you are diabetic, good control of blood sugar is also needed.
