A member asked:

What physical changes occur that would let me know if my teen is going through puberty?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Puberty: For boys, testicle enlargement is the first major sign. This may coincide with or precede the adrenal signs of pubic and axillary hair, body odor, acne, oily skin and growth spurt. For girls, first sign is breast development. Vaginal discharge and adrenal signs are later.
