Concentrated urine: The first morning urine has the most concentration due to absence of fluid intake while you sleep. This will make it more acidic also and if you have a bladder inflammation it will be more apparent at that time. Diluting the urine reduces the impact. You should be checked for bladder infection or chronic inflammation.
