Get exam: Since you have had a definitive change in your kidney function as evidenced by your decrease urination, despite an increase in your fluids, you need to get evaluated soon to have your urine and renal function assessed. Best of luck to you.

This will indicate whether your kidneys are functioning effectively. This is especially important in cases where patients have high blood pressure.
