You Can't: Once a scar, always a scar. It may be able to be improved but not removed.

Usually remove : The scars above and below cam be surgically removed and stitched to close the openings. By placing incisions parallel to the brows, this usually results in minimal scars that are easily concealed. Done outpatient, local anesthesia.
