Live well: You'll hear lots of claims about herbal supplements, foods, and vitamins that are touted to improve your immune system, but there not much data to support them. The best advice is to be healthy: eat a balanced diet, don't smoke, drink in moderation, exercise, have safe sex, and enjoy life. If you do that, the immune system will usually take care of itself.
