Concerning: The heart needs to work a bit harder upon standing to deliver blood to the brain. If this causes chest pain related to oxygen demand in heart muscle, then heart attack could be looming. If the pain quickly improves, then call to discuss with your doctor (today). If the pain persists, or this is happening with more frequency, you need to go to the ER. Good luck!
