I'm using nasonex (mometasone). i know you're not supposed to ingest it, but after spraying in my nose, it drips down my throat and i swallow it. is that bad?

Not bad: All intranasal sprays are designed with this in mind. It is understood that some of the spray will end up being swallowed (albeit inadvertently). So don't worry about it and keep using nasonex (mometasone) as your doctor recommended.
