Cymbalta (duloxetine): Duloxetine is indicated for the treatment of major depression, generalized anxiety disorder, pain in diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. It is used off label to treat depression in other psychiatric conditions, other anxiety conditions as well as some other forms of chronic pain.
