What situations is duloxetine taken in?

Cymbalta (duloxetine): Cymbalta (duloxetine) is indicated for treatment of depression, fibromyalgia and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It may be beneficial in some types of anxiety disorders as well.

Cymbalta (duloxetine): Duloxetine is indicated for the treatment of major depression, generalized anxiety disorder, pain in diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. It is used off label to treat depression in other psychiatric conditions, other anxiety conditions as well as some other forms of chronic pain.
