Halitosis: Some people have bad breath because of stomach digestional issues and the smell comes up from the stomach. Take her to the dentist to discuss options and may need to talk to pediatrician as well about options.

Needs evaluation: Can be anything from infected tonsils to cavities to systemic disease to infected sinus, to...and the list goes on. Your child needs to see her physician, preferably a Pediatrician, and she needs to see her Dentist, preferably a Pedodontist. Recommendation is that all children have 1st dental check-up at 1st b'day.
