Depends: Bones generally take 4-6 weeks to heal. It depends on your nutritional status and how bad the break is and what you broke.

8 to 12 weeks: In a healthy 37 year old you should be able to resume normal activity in 8 to 12 weeks. If surgery was performed it will take longer.

Broken foot: The time to heal depends on what was broken , the nature of the fracture , age nutrition status , etc. as already stated. This is a question best answered by your treating physician as only he/she has all that information .
