Is there anything to be done about debilitating cramps which begin 10days before my period everymonth? theyre so bad i nearly vomit and i can't walk or stand when dealing with them. should they be so bad?

No: It is abnormal to have such severe periods. If there is no relief from Ibuprofen and no good quality of life i would recommend seeing and ob/gyn asap. The diagnosis of possible conditions its easy and treatment readily available.
