Bifilac & alcohol: Alcohol is a poor choice for taking any medication; water the the drink of choice & a full glass to wash the med into the stomach. Alcohol may also counter the beneficial effects of the probiotic bifilac. If alcohol is a necessary part of your life, consider talking with doc about that issue.
