Nasal stuffiness: Try otc Claritin or zyrtec (oral) & saline nasal spray to flush out the nose. May be irritation from the chlorine in the pool water, possibly a vasomotor rhinitis. A prescription nasal steroid spray may give additional benefits if others help but not enough.
