Possible yeast: You could have a candidal infection that could be helped via otc creams. Ie lotrimin (clotrimazole) or monistat. Possible a contact dermatitis due to condom. If using and no response to above consider stop using and try otc Hydrocortisone cream. May need to see pcp if persists.
