Full Check Up: Screening/ preventive exam includes following 1 complete medical and family history including smoking, drug intake, alcohol and meds being taken 2 psychiatric history 3complete physical examination includind BP check 4 screening tests like blood test for chlesterol, thyroid , biabetes etc. 5history of immunisation and bring it uptodate like tdap.Flu, etc. 5counselling diet/pap smear/colonoscopy, mammo.
