Take thyroid: As levothyroxine. Avoid dessicated or other preperations. Take the levothyroxine that is cheapest with your healthplan. Talk to your doctor about how and when to take it. Have him test you 6 weeks after starting or changing the dose to see if it is the right amount for you.
