Aphasia=abn speech. : Migraine is a very fascinating phenomenon. Most have an aura--a prodrome that occurs before the actual headache; 99% auras have visual (like flashing lights and not seeing anything on one side of body), 30% some sensation, 16%motor, 18% dysphasia or speech change. Currently in dc taking an faa seminar, so can continue performing aviation exams for pilots: migraine was a big, big topic today!
