Happiness?: An interesting study done by a group of economists suggests that spending money on therapy was a much better way of improving happiness than spending money on other non-essential items (electronics, a better car, etcetera).

Some possibilities..: Less guilt, less self-condemnation more freedom increased energy more optimism closer, healthier relationships more resilience being a better father, mother, husband, wife, child, friend, co-worker, employee, boss, being easier to be around healing from past hurts and traumas to be available to serve the needs of others purpose in life and, i agree, happiness.
